Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you love your custom and standard jewellery pieces. If you need to return or cancel your order, please review our policy below.

1. Custom Jewellery Orders:

As custom jewellery is made to your specific requirements, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once production has started. Once you have approved the design and made payment, the order is final. However, if it does not meet the specifications agreed upon, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will provide a resolution which may include a replacement, or store credit.

2. Standard Jewellery Orders:

 For non-custom jewellery, you are eligible for an exchange under the following conditions:

  ·      The item must be returned in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  ·         You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order to initiate a return.

  ·         The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Order Cancellation:

Custom Orders: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a store credit. After this period, cancellations cannot be processed as orders may already be in production.

Standard Orders: If you wish to cancel a standard jewellery order, please contact us within 24 hours of placement for a store credit or refund. We can cancel orders before they are shipped, but once the item has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

4. Damaged or Defective Items:

If your jewellery arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will assist you with a return or exchange, depending on the nature of the issue.

5. Exchanges:

Exchanges are allowed for standard jewellery items only, and are subject to availability. If you wish to exchange your item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange.

6. Non-Returnable Items:

  •  Custom jewellery;
  •  Items that have been altered, resized, or engraved; and
  • Sale or clearance items

7. How to Return or Exchange:
